Based in Enfield and the rate is £20.65ph PAYE

Our client is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor. To have excellent diagnostic skills, specification writing, post inspections and building maintenance are all part a varied and interesting job. They should work well within a team, have project supervision and building maintenance experience, including strong technical and organisation skills.

They will need to have a knowledge of Excel and word and databases, be HND or HNC qualified or have a 5 years’ equivalent experience within the building industry.

All applicants must hold a current driving license and have use of a car, works a 36 hour 9-5 week.
