1st Line Support / Customer Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Support / Customer Service within a successful organisation based in Solihull.

This role will require you to have strong IT understanding and a drive to build your knowledge within a fast-paced team. The 1st Line Support / Customer Service analyst will be responsible for providing Application related support to end users in a confident and efficient manor, across a range of applications, providing excellent customer service. This will include call logging, follow up/escalation and remote support, promptly identifying, qualifying and resolving problems.

The 1st Line Support / Customer Service analyst will apply a methodical and logical approach to identifying and solving problems. You will be involved in ad hoc system/project implementation activities as part of a broader team and be involved with User Acceptance Testing across a range of products/applications.
