An award winning law firm are looking to hire a Diversity & Inclusion Analyst to work closely with the business on a global basis, analyse data and deliver on projects using business intelligence tools.

About the Role

The role will entail:

• Review and analyse data
• Provide insights on trends
• Develop dashboards to track and monitor data
• Design, build and deliver reports and scorecards
• Present metrics and alternative tools
• Design and deliver training on systems
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across HR

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience of analysing data and metrics and have a strong interest in diversity and inclusion. Experience of working in professional services is highly advantageous.
