We are delighted to be working with a leading disability charity who are looking for a Major Gifts Fundraiser to join its highly-successful Major Gifts Team. This brand-new role will be responsible for the development and implementation of cultivating donors through the charity’s mid-level major gifts programme. The position will focus on both acquisition and retention of existing individual and corporate donors, developing highly engaged relationships and delivers excellent stewardship for their donor journeys and increasing their giving potential.

The post-holder will proactively prospect and generate new links, actively networking to develop a sustainable pipeline. They will develop a high understanding of donor motivations and trends, to deliver a bespoke donor journey, developing and implementing solicitation plans for your portfolio and actively encourage engagement.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

• Building relationship, cultivating new donors, securing and increasing individual gifts ranging from £500£2,999
• Developing and delivering stewardship and cultivation programmes
• Working towards and delivering on strategic objectives

Salary: £29,000-£32,000
