Part time hours on a temporary basis.

Housing Officer/ lettings officer duties to include admin around letting a property - adverts, processing applications, dealing with reference and deposits, viewings and tenancy sign ups including inventories. Estate management - monitoring of cleaning contracts etc. Dealing with estate management and tenancy management issues. Covering properties located across the Midlands from Stoke to Leicester to the West Midlands
