2x37 hrs

Kickstart is a new and exciting government initiative to support young people aged 18-24 to access a 6 month job placement. The client has around 300 work placements already in place. In order to help young people make the most of these opportunities, we will be employing a team of Coaches to support young people once they start their work placement to help them get to work, problem solve any work issues they may encounter and move into a more permanent job once their placement comes to an end. Our Coaches will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants, liaising with their employers, providing in-work support and progression beyond the job placement period.
