Job Title: Customer Services Administrator
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 per annum
A family lead business based in Alton, Hampshire are looking for an experienced customer service individual who will come in as their new representative dealing with a variety of internal tasks including;
- Dealing with internal staff issues and raising them to the correct department manager
- Liaising with department managers and drafting job descriptions that are then handed to recruitment agencies.
- Working with multiple departments on company brand awareness campaigns such as LinkedIn profiles, local news exposure etc.
- Ensure that any visitors and prospective staff have a positive experience when visiting the site
