Job Description:
We are delighted to be working with a leading national welfare charity to recruit a Senior Trust Fundraiser to join its high-performing team. This position will manage and grow an existing portfolio of funders. You will work closely with teams and departments across the organisation to identify opportunities and develop high-quality applications and reporting, fostering relationships and supporting the Head of UK Fundraising in developing applications for statutory grants including National Lottery. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with offices across the nation in Scotland and Wales.
This is an exciting time to join the charity as it is in the process of developing a new 5 year strategy. This role will inherit a very warm pipeline of funders which require maintaining and plenty of opportunity for growth.
The successful candidate will need to have experience:
- Fundraising from charitable trusts, with proven track record in raising income for a range of programmes including core and restricted appeals
- Account managing grants from charitable trusts and foundations, and ideally statutory and lottery funder experience
- Understanding of the UK TSL fundraising environment
Salary: £28,000-£30,000
Location: Central London-based office, element of working flexibly
