Engineering Manager - Software Engineering

This is fantastic opportunity for a Full Stack Tech Lead or Engineering Manager to take on a Leadership role on a large Banking Transformation.

This is a permanent position, working for a global Tech Consulting firm, to work on a 3-5 year Digital Transformation for a Bank.

You will be managing Engineering teams, making decisions on approach, best practice and tooling. To do this effectively you will need to come from a Software Engineering background, with expertise in Full Stack Development (ideally Java and React), Microservices Architecture, API development and a strong understanding of Agile principles. This will not be a hands-on Development role, you will be taking ownership of the output of the team and managing them on a daily basis.

This is a predominantly remote position and open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
