Associate Public Health Practitioner needed in Worcester £14.38 per day PAYE - Reference:451453

This role will involve:

• Work closely with the Consultants and Senior Practitioners in Public Health, members of the wider Public Health Team, Public Health Communications Team, colleagues and our wider communities. More broadly, the work will include working across the Worcestershire health system with NHS bodies, colleagues, Voluntary and Community Sector organisations and communities. The work will advocate and improve population health, focusing on the wider determinants of health having an impact on health and wellbeing in its broadest sense.
• The purpose of this team is to improve our understanding of the needs of our communities and whether these have changed since the pandemic. This team will develop a suite of community intelligence, tailor resources to better suit our different communities. It will develop a Public Health engagement strategy and will coordinate and manage delivery of engagement plans.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
