Customer Service Centre Advisor needed in Newcastle £9.50 ph ref:456877

This role will involve:

• Support the delivery of consistently outstanding quality services and customer experience through taking ownership of queries and where possible, resolving at the first point of contact.
• Through both inbound and outbound calls, assist with general enquiries and housing information, accurately record and process payments / payment information, identify any ongoing rent arrears issues and signpost to the relevant area / function of the business.
• Process customer requests for service and repairs, making appointments and providing updates to ensure standards of accommodation are maintained / improved.
• Receive and input customer information to enable appropriate and accurate assessment of housing needs and allocation.
• Update Customer Information systems and relevant documentation to ensure effective liaison with local offices and to ensure customer service information is fully comprehensive, accurate and up to date.
• Build effective relationships with operational colleagues in local offices to ensure the delivery of a seamless customer experience
