Job Description:
Profectus Recruitment is working with a global software company who have an office based in Reading. They are recruiting for a permanent Application Support Engineer who they can train in their Software in return for first class support to their users and customers.
This role would suit someone who is experienced working for a Software related company in either an application role or traditional IT support role (1st/2nd line). The company have a hybrid working arrangement and work from home on Mondays and Fridays, the rest of the week you will work from their offices in Reading.
The client is looking for someone who is confident providing high quality support. A lot of the support is telephone and email based, support beyond this will likely result in escalation to 3rd line team.
