D365 CE/CRM Support Consultant - MS Gold Partner – Staffordshire – Up to £45k – Hybrid Working

Pearson Carter are working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner based in Staffordshire who are expanding their D365 Support team in order to help meet the demand generated by sustained growth!

I’m looking for an experienced 2nd and 3rd Line D365 Support Consultant to join a professional and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Managing incidents, problems and knowledge in line with ITIL framework.
• Proactively provide feedback and suggestions for improvements.
• Liaise with other departments including developers, project managers and consultancy.
• Support onboarding and client training.

Experience

• Experience working in a support environment. 
• D365 CRM/CE experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong team working capability.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.

Salary

Our client is offering a starting salary of up to £45k + benefits

Location

Located in Staffordshire this Microsoft Gold Partner is offering hybrid working with 2-3 days a week spent in their office in Stafforshire.
