We are thrilled to be working with leading national children’s disability charity that is looking for a Direct Marketing Executive to join its Retention team. This role will project manage the charity’s supporter retention campaigns in order to maximise lifetime value of all individual supporters.

The successful postholder will also develop and test new supporter retention propositions and approaches and analyse and report on effectives. The role will work across online and offline channels, working closely with the Senior Direct Marketing Executive and the Head of Supporter Retention.

The charity is welcoming applications from candidates with experience:

• Understanding of charity fundraising, particularly direct marketing/individual giving environment
• Marketing or fundraising activity within a charity, agency or commercial environment
• Using databases and understanding their value in maximizing revenue from campaign activity

Location: UK based, work from anywhere

Salary: £26,000-£31,000
