PC Cluster Checker – Exams Support

Full Time, Temporary (2 months)

Job Description:

We are recruiting for 4 x PC Cluster Checkers who will provide support during the University exam season to ensure all PC’s are working correctly.

This role will start on Monday 6th December and you will be responsible for traveling across the entire University campus, so you need to be physically fit as you might be walking up to 10 miles per day between each site.  Shifts may start from 7.30am-9am and you will be working 7 hours per day.

You will have excellent customer service skills and an interest in IT, you do not need to have full technical knowledge as you will be fixing day-to-day issues and escalating any in-depth technical issues to the IT support team.
