Product Manager: Software Company: £60k-£70k

A global fintech company is currently looking to hire a remote Product Manager to advance their current marketplace products.

The role has come along due to growth; the business (and the product team) is currently scaling, and the timing of this role is perfect for a fintech-experienced Product Manager who is looking to shape a product and positively impact growth in their next role.

Reporting to the COO and collaborating very closely with the Head of Engineering, this role is 100% remote, though must be UK-based.
Previous experience in a 360 Product Manager role is essential, as you’ll be responsible for the strategy and roadmap of your product, as well as acting as the Product Owner in the Scrum team. There will be an equal split between a strategic and delivery focus.


Responsibilities:

• Own the Marketplace product vision
• Own the short and long-term Marketplace product roadmap
• Work closely with customer to identify their needs
• Maintain a prioritised product backlog and collaborate with the tech lead to execute on delivering the product strategy
• Collaborate with the development team to divide features into tasks
• Define, monitor and measure the success of the products the team builds.
• Set the OKR’s for your team
• Coach and develop the UX and UI Leads

Experience Required:

• Previous Product Management experience building a marketplace is essential
• Experience within Fintech is essential – ideally with blockchain/crypto
• Demonstrated success defining and launching B2B and B2C products.
• Agile experience is essential
• Strong experience of driving go-to-market strategy
