This forward thinking and highly reputable investment management firm are looking for an experienced EA Team Leader to join them on a permanent basis. This role will require a senior level EA / EA Team Leader who will have experience of recruiting, training and mentoring top EAs who is happy to take on traditional EA duties alongside their Team Leader responsibilities. 

Reporting to the Admin Manager, the EA Team Leader will:

• Support at Senior Level including diary management, meeting organisation, travel arrangements and expense management
• Conduct interviews for new Executive Assistants
• Onboard new starters
• Assist with setting goals for EAs
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews
