This internationally expanding company deliver unique, psychology led consultancy and software (SaaS) based solutions used by some of the most prestigious companies anywhere to be found.

The company is now looking to build its first, dedicated product management team.  They have a Head of Product and have just hired a new external CPO, but are now going full guns to hire experienced Product Managers to help them build the function out and realise the crazy opportunities in their market right now.

None of the elements of the role will come as a surprise to existing Product Managers who have worked in SaaS environments.  The role will combine working with customers, internal product development teams and internal specialists to develop and enhance their suite of products.  You will utilise qualitative and quantitative customer, market and competitor data to guide the product roadmap and identify potential new feature and product opportunities for the company.

We’re looking for people with SaaS, training, recruitment or HR Product background ideally, as the company’s products are diverse and include both Software as a Service and more traditional consulting services.

However, if your background is in another industry but has involved significant SaaS product management experience then please apply anyway, as there are 4 roles to fill, and the company are open to hiring a mix of team members.

You will work from home in this role with travel into London and/or Birmingham once a month to meet with your peers.  They have people based as far North as Northumberland, so as long as you are willing to travel into one of their offices monthly you should be fine.

On offer is a basic salary between £50k - £75k + 25 days holiday + share scheme + life cover + 5% pension + more.
