Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Package: Up to £44,000 

Location: Nottingham

Shift: Rotational Days and Nights

The Company

We are currently assisting our client who are in their search for a maintenance engineer to join their well-established site in Sutton In Ashfield, where they specialize in special purpose machinery for a wide range of clients across multiple industries.

The business has been operating for over 20 years and with a turnover north of £70 million and are looking to grow both nationally and internationally. Despite Covid 19, our client was not forced to make any redundancies due to their market dominance within their industry.

As the business has been growing over the past few years, our client is looking to create multiple sites across the UK, so this is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer to join a stable, secure business, which is going from strength to strength.

The Role

As one of the maintenance engineers on site, you will be responsible for:

• Completing ppm’s, reacting to breakdowns, and completing remedial repair work.
• There will be an element of undertaking project work, while also working on plans in continuous improvement.
• Hands on the work will be a mix of electrical and mechanical tasks
• Working on 3 phase equipment (415v), and bespoke machinery specific to this site.

The Candidate

To be considered for this Maintenance Engineer opportunity, you should have:

• Minimum Level 3 Engineering Qualification
• Experience reacting to breakdowns.
• Working within an Engineering background
