SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER - £50,000 - £65,000

The role: As a Senior Product designer you will form part of the Experience Design team while providing leadership and mentorship to a team of UX and UI designers

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be accountable for the quality of output from the team in the creation of UI design, including CX and small to large scale digital redesigns.
• Design and iterate on new and existing visual designs and workflows
• Lead in the creation of design artefacts
• Provide mentoring and leadership to junior and midweight product designers.
• Support user research and usability studies.
• Lead client-facing meetings and workshops and work directly with clients to support on design requirements.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Experience in team leadership
• Expert knowledge using design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Innovative, with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, agile environment
