Front End Developer

We are working with a leading company in the entertainment industry who look to engage with fans, they are looking for a Front-End Developer to join their team.

As a Front-End Developer, you will get the opportunity to work on the areas below:

A major redesign of the web site discovery user journey (searching and browsing)

Loyalty and vouchering

New payment methods

A complete rewrite of our mobile apps.

A redesign and rewrite of our customer services backend in Angular 6.

Localisation into new languages

They are looking for a Front-End Developer that who is keen to improve their skills and those of others around you. You should have a good Computer Science or software engineering degree or similar from a well-regarded university, and/or suitable experience.

• Excellent experience writing clean, responsive HTML & CSS
• Significant experience writing native JavaScript
• Experience building solutions from scratch using Angular
• Ensuring front-end development follows best practices
• Highlighting best practices and recommending new techniques
• Understanding of web design and user experience
• Experience in testing cross-browser and cross-platform
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Experience within Agile software development process
• Version control systems
