James Adams has partnered with a fast growing Investment Business focused on VC funding within the UK Tech industry. The business is publically listed and our client is looking to hire the head of their People/HR function to cover 12 months of maternity leave. 

You will lead a small but growing recruitment and HR Team and work alongside the senior management team to help the business achieve key objectives over the course of the next 5 years.

The business is experiencing incredible growth and significant recent investment which is seeing them expand their products and services across the UK and Europe.

This role would be perfect for an experience HR/People leader looking to take on their next challenge or for someone currently looking to take that next step up in their career.

You'll be the subject matter expert in the business on all HR-related matters and assist line managers to implement the processes that you help formulate. You'll be the go to in the organisation to help build a People strategy.

Any experience of working within a fast-growing / scale-up environment would be highly relevant as would any experience working within a technology company. Any experience of working in the Fintech industry (Or an interest in it) would also be great.
