About the Role 

Working as part of the wider HR team, the successful candidate will provide administrative assistance across a broad range of generalist matters. This includes:  

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries 
  • Assist with onboarding and new joiner administration  
  • Assist with administration of performance/salary reviews 
  • Manage administration for leavers and coordinate exit interviews 
  • Maintaining the HR database and reporting 
  • Support with projects 

Job Requirements 

You will have previous administration experience in a professional services environment and a demonstrated interest in HR. You will have superior customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
