Team Support Admin needed in Morden £15.37 per hr ref 5221841

Full time office based on a temporary basis


  • To support in the development and implementation of business processes and business improvement processes in line with the service plans and operating models for Children's Social Care and Youth Justice.
  • Lead on the coordination and organisation of team meetings and conferences, including providing agendas, taking minutes and be responsible for the preparation of documents for internal and external meetings. To prepare and distribute agendas, presentations and papers and take minutes where appropriate for larger meetings involving a number of Managers and/or external customers and where required to minute meetings outside of usual core business hours.
  • Offer training, advice and guidance on new and current administrative procedures and systems to professional staff and other team members. To be a part of the ongoing systems change network.
  • Maintain a stock control of all office stationery and re-order stocks using an on-line system. Ensuring that all orders are authorised by the relevant Manager.
  • To be the administrative lead for a team, providing a proactive, effective administrative/finance support to Managers, Social Workers and Practitioners, covering, as required, for other Team Support Workers.
