Job Description:

The role of Office Team Manager will be to:

  • Create a bridge between the Admin Team, Service, IT and Performance
  • Represent the team on project meetings
  • Provide a daily update on the number of data quality issues completed
  • Work with the principal social worker to assess where errors are occurring in data
  • Identify training needs
  • Supervision and workload management of the team

Essential requirements:

  • Process maps
  • An understanding of Data Quality
  • Effective communicator
  • Problem solver


  • Able to work from the office in Stoke-on-Trent due to the need to liaise closely across teams
  • Experience in business/service improvement


Full time hours on a temporary basis.
