Compliance Officer needed in South West London  

The rate is £23.35ph PAYE

The successful candidate will work as part of the Compliance Team and will be a dynamic, customer focused individual with a background in health and safety and compliance.

They will be an industry professional who can identify issues and come up solutions and will be a team player with excellent communication skills who is confident in making suggestions to improve ways of working and can get involved in all aspects of health and safety across the service, working with a variety of stakeholders and services

• Work as part of a team to ensure all buildings within the operational portfolio are compliant with legal obligations and operational PPM’s
• Work as part of a team to ensure all operational buildings have risk assessments for fire, water, gas, LOLER, electrics and asbestos and any subsequent works requested are undertaken
• Support the Technical Assurance Lead to deliver Monthly Statutory Compliance KPI’s.
• Input data into corporate IT systems including Technology Forge, Shine etc.
