Full time hours on a temporary basis

• The role is responsible for leading business analysis activities across the Environment and Neighbourhoods (E&N) Directorate, working to ensure services operate with the customer at the centre.
• Role-modelling strong business analysis skills as key to digital transformation and working within E&N programmes, projects and services to help them understand, map and articulate their transformation objectives.
• The role will work with data and solution architects to translate information and evidence into user stories and backlog items, helping services prioritise development and improvements.
