HR Advisor needed in Southampton

The hourly rate is £18.06ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide first level professional advice and support to ensure changes to workforce structures and working practices are managed in accordance with policies.

They will support the HR Business Partners in the implementation of appropriate HR and OD interventions that support employee engagement and improve performance outcomes and provide first level of HR support for employee relations queries and casework against policies and procedures.
