HR & OD Business Support Partner needed in Tewksbury

The rate is £22.51ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide expert human resources and organisation development support, advice and guidance to managers and employees. They will provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers, acting as the first line of contact for generalist HR support.  They will also provide first line support for managers undertaking disciplinary investigations and hearings, sickness meetings, supporting performance meetings and other procedures including appeal hearings, liaising with HR services to escalate in depth cases.
