Paralegal (Highways and Environment) needed in Preston, £13.47ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1352549

Job purpose - To assist with the general legal work of the team particularly relating to public rights of way matters.

• Dealing with Public Rights of Way matters within the team particularly the submission of matters to the Planning inspectorate.
• Preparation of electronic bundles of documents for Planning Inspectorate as per their checklist.
• Providing to support and assistance to Solicitors in the team including three fully remote Public Rights of Way locum Solicitors.
• Retrieval of paper files, searching for documentation on paper and electronic files, scanning.
• Drafting Orders and Notices.
• Such other duties and responsibilities of a similar grade and nature as may be required. 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
