Full time hours on a temporary basis

Duties:

• We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our team and contribute to the wider employee relations and people function. This role involves providing proactive and effective HR advisory services to colleagues and leaders, ensuring they are well-informed about relevant policies, principles, and processes.

  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across all levels within our client group.

  • Providing support and coaching to leaders on employee relations issues.

  • Supporting HR projects and the People Hub operations.

  • Acting as an ambassador for the People team, demonstrating The Restorative principles.
