HR Business Partner Manager needed in Bromley Paying  £27.10 per hr ref OR26467

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing high‑quality HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
    • Lead and manage complex ER casework, ensuring fair, timely and legally compliant outcomes.
    • Support and guide organisational change processes, including restructures, workforce redesigns, TUPE, and cultural initiatives.
    • Contribute to or lead on Organisational Development (OD) activities, supporting leadership development, talent initiatives, and culture change programmes.
    • Build strong, influential relationships with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and positive employee engagement.
    • Coach and mentor managers, building capability and confidence in dealing with people-related matters.
    • Use data, insight and analytics to inform decisions and influence strategic workforce planning.
    • Ensure HR policies, processes and practices align with organisational priorities and employment legislation.
