Minor Works Operative needed in Worcester Paying  £101.31 per day ref OR26358

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• • Carry out minor works, repairs, and maintenance tasks across a variety of properties.
  • Undertake multi‑trade duties (e.g., basic plumbing, joinery, carpentry, painting, patch repairs).
  • Support responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and void property works where required.
  • Ensure all work meets required standards, specifications, and health & safety regulations.
  • Record completed tasks accurately via handheld devices or manual documentation.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high‑quality, efficient service.
  • Provide excellent customer service when attending occupied properties.
  • Report issues, follow escalation procedures, and communicate effectively with supervisors.
