HR Business Partner needed in North London Paying  £26.71 per hr ref 013507

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR partnering across housing services, supporting managers to deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused services.
  • Lead and manage complex ER casework including capability, disciplinary, grievance, sickness, and safeguarding‑related workforce issues.
  • Support organisational change projects, including restructures, TUPE, workforce planning and service redesign.
  • Advise on HR policy, employment law, best practice, and sector-specific housing workforce challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders, providing coaching and guidance to enhance people management capability.
  • Contribute to organisational development, talent, and culture initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Use workforce data and insights to influence decision making and support continuous improvement across housing operations.
  • Work collaboratively with unions, managers, and stakeholders to support positive industrial relations.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion across all HR activities and embed values‑led behaviours.
