The successful candidate will support the exchange of letters between adoptive families and birth families.  This role requires some sensitivity and support to those involved in exchanges as well as a significantly high degree of accuracy in terms of processes to ensure no data breaches.  For the right candidate role can involve face to face support to support with the writing of exchanges (to birth parents) and/or facilitating face to face meetings between adoptive families and birth families on occasion.
