Business Support Officer (Hybrid) needed in Ormskirk, £104.12 per day PAYE - Reference: OR106108

2 days remote 3 days in the office

  • You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative support service to the teams within Business Support.
  • The main duties will include monitoring and co-ordinating customer feedback that is received through a single point of access via the Client's dedicated website that is managed by the Business Support Team.
  • You will be responsible for logging and handling all MP enquiries, Patch Problems and complaints to ensure all feedback is used to drive customer service improvements.
  • You will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure enquiries are dealt with effectively.

 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
