Senior Business Analyst needed in Bedford

This is a temporary role and the rate is £395.21 per day

The successful candidate will provide dedicated business analysis capacity to the Improvement Team, using evidence, insight and structured analysis to identify opportunities to deliver efficiencies, redesign services and inform decisions that contribute to financial sustainability.

The postholder will work across service areas to understand current demand, costs, performance and operating models, translating complex information into clear options and recommendations that support prioritisation, business case development and evidence-based change.

The role will be responsible for leading on the development and maintenance of high-quality analysis to support the Improvement Plan, including supporting benchmarking and providing business analysis input into cases for change.

The Senior Business Analyst will work collaboratively with the Improvement Plan team and service areas to ensure that proposed interventions are clearly prioritised, defined, evidence-led and deliverable.
