Executive Assistant (14-Month FTC) City of London Hybrid Up to £50,000 Benefits

Tay Associates is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected global corporate insurance organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant on a 14-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and proactive PA to support several senior stakeholders within a fast-paced corporate environment in the City of London.

The Opportunity

As Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leaders across multiple business areas, managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, events, and stakeholder engagement. This is a varied, business-facing role that requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease. Your main support will be for 3 senior stakeholders with wider team support across multiple divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex diaries for senior leaders across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, booking rooms, and managing follow-up actions.
  • Organising domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Processing expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders and helping manage priorities across the business.  
  • Planning and delivering team events, offsites, training sessions, hospitality events, and larger-scale conferences.  
  • Collaborating closely with wider administrative, facilities, and HR teams to deliver an exceptional employee and client experience.  
About You
  • 3–5 years' PA experience within a corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting senior management or leadership teams.  
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience within financial services, insurance, or another fast-paced corporate environment would be advantageous.
