Our client, a leading international financial services firm, is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership team. 

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and has experience supporting senior executives within financial services or a similar corporate setting.

 

As Executive Assistant, you will act as a key point of coordination across the business, managing complex schedules, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of business-critical activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive and complex diary management, including multi-time-zone scheduling and prioritisation
  • Managing inboxes, calls, and correspondence, acting as a gatekeeper and responding on behalf of the executive where appropriate
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings at Board and senior leadership level, including preparation of agendas, packs, and briefing notes
  • Arranging business and personal travel, managing itineraries, logistics, and last-minute changes
  • Liaising confidently with Board members, senior executives, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Supporting business operations including expenses, compliance-related administration, document management, and confidential record-keeping
  • Providing discreet personal support as required (e.g. appointments, personal travel, ad-hoc requests)
  • Assisting with Board meetings, offsites, and executive events
  • Anticipating needs, identifying risks, and resolving issues independently

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite or Board-level executives, ideally within financial services
  • Front office experience 
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Absolute discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at senior and external levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
