IT Test Manager needed in Hull Paying  £350 per day  ref 376656

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Design, implement and maintain a shared testing strategy
• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap for key systems, identifying dependencies and recommending appropriate testing approaches.
• Establish and maintain testing standards, procedures, scripts, schedules, and governance frameworks.
• Manage all testing activities including:
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
  • Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Regression Testing
  • Upgrade and Patch Testing
  • Performance and Stress Testing
• Lead test scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across projects and programmes.
• Coordinate testing resources and ensure testing activities are appropriately prioritised and delivered.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Change Managers, Technical Teams, and Business Users.
• Provide expert advice on testing activities throughout project and change lifecycles.
• Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and test completion reports to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of Test Leads and Test Support staff.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative testing practices and methodologies.
• Support IT Change and Release Management processes to ensure successful deployments.
