About the Role

This is a broad generalist role offering scope and exposure, partnering with key groups, and will also involve exciting project work. Duties include:

• Managing relationships with internal stakeholders
• Performance and Talent management matters, including coaching managers
• Managing employee relations matters
• Supporting on mobility matters
• Overseeing recruitment and future resourcing
• Champion best practice

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working across generalist HR matters within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and managing complex situations is essential.
