We're looking for an experienced Pay & Reward Officer to join a busy HR team, supporting the delivery of pay, reward and job evaluation activities across a large and complex organisation.

You'll provide advice on pay and grading matters, undertake job evaluation assessments, support organisational change projects, analyse workforce data, and work closely with managers and HR colleagues to ensure fair and consistent decision-making.

Key requirements:

• Experience in pay, reward, job evaluation or a related HR function
• Knowledge of grading structures, remuneration and job evaluation processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines

Experience within the public sector, knowledge of NJC job evaluation schemes, and CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
