We’re supporting a professional services business with the hire of a Recruitment Manager for a 14 month fixed term contract. You’ll lead experienced-hire recruitment, combining delivery with sourcing strategy, team management and process improvement.

You’ll take responsibility for:

• Agreeing hiring priorities with business leaders and actioning them

• Direct sourcing, referrals and talent pipelines

• Overseeing recruitment processes and managing offers

• Line management

• Managing agency relationships, supplier performance and recruitment spend

• Leading projects

You’ll have recruitment experience at Manager level within professional services or a partnership environment and experience managing others.
