We’re partnering with a professional services business seeking a senior recruitment leader to oversee hiring globally for a 14 month fixed term contract.

This role combines workforce planning, senior stakeholder advice and recruitment improvement. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Translating workforce requirements into recruitment priorities

• Reviewing hiring progress, candidate pipelines and emerging risks

• Advising senior leaders on complex and business-critical appointments

• Coordinating senior leadership recruitment and external search relationships

• Leading projects involving recruitment technology, automation and delivery models

• Improving recruitment reporting, governance and consistency

• Supporting recruitment colleagues through guidance, constructive challenge and shared learning

You’ll bring a strong track record in senior in-house recruitment, ideally covering multiple countries or business areas within professional services, consulting or a partnership environment.
