We’re working with a professional services firm seeking an Early Careers Advisor. This role brings together recruitment, programme delivery and ongoing development, giving you involvement throughout the early careers journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating attraction, outreach activities and recruitment events

• Managing applications, assessments, interviews and offer communications

• Keeping future joiners engaged and organising their onboarding

• Supporting graduate and apprenticeship programmes, including placements, reviews and progression

• Working with managers and training providers to address development and wellbeing needs

• Managing performance and ER issues

• Using recruitment and programme data to recommend improvements

• Providing day-to-day guidance and development support to a junior colleague

You’ll have experience in early careers or HR, including involvement in graduate or apprenticeship programmes. Experience within legal or wider professional services would be helpful.
