HR Officer needed in Sandbach £16.25ph PAYE - Reference : 5153309

This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis

The role will provide support to the activities of the Policy, Strategy and Pay team which includes advising on salary sacrifice schemes, and the management of the Employee Assistance Programme, Occupational Health, Transparency, Agency Worker Contract, Pay Policy and Job Evaluation and Grading.

Ideally have Previous experience of Hay or NJC Job Evaluation would be advantageous. Knowledge of local government terms and conditions would be helpful as would a can do attitude and the ability to work as part of a busy team as well as being able to work independently.
