This is working full time hours on a temporary basis.
The HR OD is a small team of 10 officers based corporately on programmes such as Early Talent and Apprenticeships, Personal Growth, Digital Learning and Technology, Professional Development and Leadership and Management. The postholder will be expected to review and develop a comprehensive Leadership and Management Programme (project management based using a Project Initiation Document (PID)) to include development of new corporate leadership behaviours. The successful candidate must have proven experience of developing a comprehensive leadership and management programme in a large public sector organisation, ideally local Government.
