Role is to work alongside senior managers delivering high quality guidance, advice, support and appropriate challenge in line with their HR business needs. The role also involves line management of HR team colleagues and to have oversight for progressing employee relations casework at pace and in line with legislation. Previous experience in supporting a broad range of complex employee relations casework and service re-design activity including TUPE, is essential.
