Home Education Officer needed to work from home paying £15.33 per hr PAYE Ref: 409609

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

• Candidate required to assist with some Elective Home Education consultation work.

• Online and telephone communication skills – high level (Schools portal, EHE website, Intranet etc.)

• Ability to understand and communicate education legislation -specifically EHE but understand links to Alternative Provision legislation, exclusion legislation and also attendance legislation - high level

• Ability to chair and deliver on consultation agenda items and transfer to policy and procedure documentation, reports/presentations for SLT – high level.

• We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and well organised individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills to support schools on project work related to COVID 19.

• A knowledge of educational environments is necessary as is the ability to use own initiative when dealing with complex queries.

• Ability to take a supportive approach when working directly with schools under pressure alongside the ability to work quickly and efficiently through large volumes of work.
