User Support Engineer needed in Islington £20.10 per hr PAYE - RQ618822

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

This role will involve:

  • To manage incidents, requests, changes and problems in line with the ITIL incident management, request fulfilment, change management and problem management processes and local procedures.
  • Provide remote assistance over the phone, through instant messenger and through the use of remote support tools such as SCCM, Dameware and Go to Assist and complete site visits where required.
  • To install or reinstall hardware and software and to image or reimage computers and handheld devices locally, using remote deployment tools or complete site visits where required.
  • Update records throughout all stages of all processes so customers can view the latest information at any time.
  • Keep First Line Support informed throughout all stages of all incident, request fulfilment and problem processes.
